Minimum Stay
3 days during Low-Medium-High Season
5 days during Peak Season

Payment Policy
All payments are made in EUROS and all amounts should be received NET of bank charges. In order to
secure the booking you need to send a 30% non-refundable prepayment deposit.*
Remaining balance is due till one month prior arrival.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the deposit will be refunded as follows,
provided the Guest submits his cancellation in writing (email, fax):
• 60 days or LESS prior to arrival, the WHOLE PAYMENT is forfeited (100%), there is no refund.

Security Deposit
A deposit of EUR_400 is due to the Check-In Date.
The deposit is for security and shall be refunded by Checkout Date, provided no deductions are made
due to:
i. damage to the property or furnishings;
ii. dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning;
iii. or any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest’s stay.

Please note that Livadi House reserves the right to amend the current pricelist at any time, without prior
notice.

* If in case due to COVID there will be any restrictions travelling to Mykonos the prepayment deposit
will be fully refunded one month prior the arrival date.
